Decades of Experience
Providing the experience of more than 25 years, GRG Management, Incorporated has developed a client (Association) and customer (the Membership) satisfaction-oriented team of management experts in the fields of finance and property management. Over the years, GRG Management, Inc. has become specialized in every aspect of property management.
Our corporation is privileged to serve Associations in San Diego (North County and East County) and Riverside County. Our managers are certified (or working toward their certification) with California Association of Community Managers (CACM).
Efficient and Proactive
Our corporation has established and maintains a reputation of integrity and efficiency, especially in personal homeowner attention and professional vendor relations. We pride ourselves on being proactive in all situations, not simply reactive.
GRG Management, Inc. is selective in the community associations that compile our portfolio. It is our pleasure to assist the Associations that are interested in maintaining the beauty, safety, serenity, and the over-all best interest of the community members that live within them.

Fresh out of Pepperdine University, I ventured into franchise business management. Finding I liked a more stimulating career, I entered into the field of "Criminology in Banking." This opened up a field of communications with multiple management companies and future career possibilities I had never considered. Meeting managers from GRG and hearing of the work-friendly environment they shared in daily prompted another career change. I started with GRG in 2000 and have enjoyed what I've learned, the people I work with, and the ability to provide individual service to those homeowners.
I have received my certification and continue educational classes as well as learn something new every day during the day-in/day-out of this industry. The opportunity to purchase and partner with those I respect, in a business I find interesting, and work for clients I appreciate makes life fulfilling.

Immediately after graduation, I moved to Los Angeles and between there, Orange County and Germany I was fortunate to work for major corporations that included Metromedia, Channel 11, and Telecredit. After sixteen years of a demanding schedule, I decided to return to my birthplace and reacquaint myself with the benefits of living and working in a small town.
Although my 35 years of accounting has provided a vast list of experiences, including travel, it wasn't until I returned home that I found fortune in my own backyard. I met and married the love of my life. We were able to invest in real estate and my husband started his own business. With delight, I relinquished the corporate environment, harried commutes, and settled into the relaxed, although fully functional, North San Diego County lifestyle.
The added opportunity to purchase and partner in a management firm has brought new and interesting diversities not only to my personal life but to my accounting portfolio as well. While my partners are skilled in the management operations, and enjoy the one-on-one customer service with our associations, I thrive on the everyday accounting process. I love the numbers.

Our Employees
Great People Make a Great Team
Our company management team is comprised of four (4) senior portfolio managers. ALL of our managers are CACM certified and attend continuing education seminars regularly.
Our Accounting Department is fully staffed with five (5) individuals, of which two (2) are AIPB certified. Our Accounting Department is accomplished in all Association needs, including receivables, payables, collections, and month-end processing.
Help is There When You Need It
Our Escrow Division works closely with Homewise and maintains the most current and updated information as required during the sale process.
Our Customer Service staff of four (4) is ready and willing to assist in all of your homeowners needs.
