GRG may not realize how much I TRULY DO appreciate their works!  They have handled so many things professionally, effectively, friendly, and done perfectly!  I had grown to think, under past management companies, that there may be no such thing as a good one.  Wow, has GRG ever broken down that false belief!  I've appreciated so many things they have done.  If you could imagine the years of frustrations I had before GRG picked us up, there just "is no way to get from there to here"! 
 
Please know that these "thank you's" are not empty words; I mean to tell you, every night I come home, I am appreciative of our neighborhood, our property values and aesthetics, the resolution of "problem" neighbors, just all the ways GRG looks out for us...and it really is like a whole new place!

As board president, I wanted to recognize the good work our account manager is doing. In the almost two years I have been board president this is the best performance by an account manager I have worked with by far. When a vendor is not doing their job well I confront that issue. It is also important to acknowledge when performance is consistently done well. The standard for vendors on this property is high and GRG meets that standard. I appreciate our manager's honesty. I do not expect perfection from anyone because it is not attainable. Being honest allows me to make any necessary adjustments. Since our manager was assigned I have not heard any complaints from residents. This is a big improvement. Her management style is not confrontational like we had before. Originally that is what I thought would work best but it turned out I was wrong. I also really like the rapid response with sending compliance letters by GRG. It is making a difference in the complex. I also appreciate the format of the compliance report. All the information I need is presented concisely. Thanks for doing a good job!- ML, Vista

Our community has been managed by this company for quite some time now and I must say that I find them to be very professional in every aspect. As for the people that are bad-mouthing GRG, They are the people that leave Christmas lights up all year round.
