- Prepare monthly directors report.
- Perform monthly project inspections.
- Prepare violation notices.
- Prepare hearing notices.
- Attend owner hearings with Board of Directors, if requested.
- Attend Board Meetings.
- Supply information to committees regarding their functions.
- Set up new Association vendor accounts.
- Prepare bid specifications.
- Obtain proposals from vendor for the Board of Directors.
- Initiate corrective work with vendors for common areas.
- Analyze proposals and make recommendations to the Board for selection of contractors/vendors.
- Code and approve Association invoices.
- Assist Board in operating within annual budget.
- Prepare client correspondence.
- Maintain Corporate Minute Book.
- Maintain Corporate files.
- Supervise Association vendors.
- Assist in annual budget preparation, if requested.
- Prepare monthly action list.
- Handle emergency duty.
- Prepare annual election/meeting.
- Conduct orientation meetings, if requested.
- Provide written information on new legislation, if requested.
