  • Initiate corrective work with vendors for common areas.
  • Analyze proposals and make recommendations to the Board for selection of contractors/vendors.
  • Code and approve Association invoices.
  • Assist Board in operating within annual budget.
  • Prepare client correspondence.
  • Maintain Corporate Minute Book.
  • Maintain Corporate files.
  • Supervise Association vendors.
  • Assist in annual budget preparation, if requested.
  • Prepare monthly action list.
  • Handle emergency duty.
  • Prepare annual election/meeting.
  • Conduct orientation meetings, if requested.
  • Provide written information on new legislation, if requested.
