I have had the pleasure of working with GRG Management, Inc. since 1994 as a property manager.
I have had the opportunity to learn and grow from within the company and experience the unseen, less conspicuous aspects of management. I have and will continue to attend the "Education Classes" required to maintain my certification.
I attend (as do all GRG managers) all San Diego County legal seminars and trade show forums and some educational functions, that are provided in Orange County, that are not provided for San Diego managers. I am fortunate that GRG allows us to schedule these classes, when applicable.
I grew up in Carlsbad and have always taken a sense of pride in what use to be a small town and how it has grown. Outside of my college years at UCLA (major Business/English), I have maintained my residence in Carlsbad.
My experience with property management initiated from my managing a large North County pool business for eight years. Many management companies used our pool maintenance services as well as our installation and repair services. My training of the "how, why, and when" of working with property managers was an experience. In dealing from the other side, as a vendor, I found out how important communication with the manager is.
My business dealings with different management companies throughout North San Diego County were extensive, in my opinion GRG stood above most in their professionalism. I found the ability to purchase and partner in the business an outstanding opportunity.
I like working with people. I extremely enjoy problem solving and the challenging aspects of this profession. I look forward to the possibility of working with you.

Fresh out of Pepperdine University, I ventured into franchise business management. Finding I liked a more stimulating career, I entered into the field of "Criminology in Banking." This opened up a field of communications with multiple management companies and future career possibilities I had never considered. Meeting managers from GRG and hearing of the work-friendly environment they shared in daily prompted another career change. I started with GRG in 2000 and have enjoyed what I've learned, the people I work with, and the ability to provide individual service to those homeowners.
I have received my certification and continue educational classes as well as learn something new every day during the day-in/day-out of this industry. The opportunity to purchase and partner with those I respect, in a business I find interesting, and work for clients I appreciate makes life fulfilling.
DENISE SANDIFER CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Immediately after graduation, I moved to Los Angeles and between there, Orange County and Germany I was fortunate to work for major corporations that included Metromedia, Channel 11, and Telecredit. After sixteen years of a demanding schedule, I decided to return to my birthplace and reacquaint myself with the benefits of living and working in a small town.
Although my 35 years of accounting has provided a vast list of experiences, including travel; it wasn't until I returned home that I found fortune in my own backyard. I met and married the love of my life. We were able to invest in real estate and my husband started his own business. With delight, I relinquished the corporate environment, harried commutes, and settled into the relaxed, although fully functional, North San Diego County lifestyle.
The added opportunity to purchase and partner in a management firm has brought new and interesting diversities not only to my personal life but to my accounting portfolio as well. While my partners are skilled in the management operations, and enjoy the one-on-one customer service with our associations, I thrive on the everyday accounting process. I love the numbers.

OUR STAFF
- Our company management team is comprised of seven (7) community managers, four (4) are CACM certified and the others are in the process of obtaining their certification.
Our Accounting department is fully staffed with five (5) individuals; of which two (2) are AIPB-certified, Our Accounting department is accomplished in all Association needs (receivables, payables, delinquencies, and collections).
Our Escrow Division works closely with CondoCerts and maintains the most current registry of sales in our Associations.
Our Customer Service staff of four (4) is ready and willing to assist in all of your homeowners needs.
When we refer to "Our", please realize we at GRG Management, Inc. work as a team, "Our" Team. We are not the largest management company, however, we pride ourselves in knowing our clientele, not numbering them.
