Provide 24-hour, 365 days-a-year emergency service.
- Process common area service requests (landscape, pools, roofing, light maintenance, plumbing). Maintain customer service request log for each association.

Provide written response to client, if requested.
- Communicate information from owners to Board Members.

Refer owners to vendors for individual service requirements.
- Mail outs (no additional charge for any 2-page insert mailed with monthly statements, if applicable.)
